All returns will require a RAN (Return Authorization Number). If an item is defective please contact us immediately to initiate defective return authorization. You will be issued an RAN number and instructions for return. We review all issues on a case by case bases with your 100% satisfaction in mind. We stand behind everything we sell.
If there is something wrong with your item, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.
